What ShiftWell is

ShiftWell is a wellness app designed to help shift workers manage sleep, food timing, hydration, and routines around their shift pattern. It is not a medical app. Nothing in ShiftWell constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use ShiftWell
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information during sign up
• One account per person

Subscription and billing

• ShiftWell is available on a monthly (£7.99/month) or annual (£59.99/year) subscription
• A 14-day free trial is included — you will not be charged until the trial ends
• You can cancel at any time via the Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

ShiftWell uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalised guidance and companion chat responses. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ShiftWell for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall

Limitation of liability

ShiftWell is provided as-is. Growvia Digital Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of ShiftWell after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
